Systems for DJs & Entertainers

Your next couple or planner, one easy enquiry away.

Couples, event planners and office party committees all ask the same three things: are you free on our date, what do you sound like, and roughly what will it run us. We build DJs, bands, MCs, magicians and other performers a site that answers the first two in seconds and captures every enquiry with the date and venue up front.

Common challenges

What slows down DJs & Entertainers

Challenge 1

"Are you free June 14th?" with nothing else

No venue, no headcount, no times. You reply asking for details, they never answer, and the date sits in limbo while a firm booking might be waiting.

Challenge 2

Your best work, scattered across old links

Planners want to hear you, see you work a room and know you can read a crowd of grandparents and twenty-somethings. Older links and broken embeds make that harder to show.

Challenge 3

Wedding versus corporate versus club

A wedding couple cares about the first dance, MC duties and ceremony audio. A corporate planner cares about mics, timelines and keeping it clean. One generic page talks to neither.

Challenge 4

Gear questions every time

Do you bring lighting? Uplighting? Wireless mics for the speeches? A photo booth? The answers live in your head and your quote, never on the page.

Challenge 5

Booked mostly through word of mouth

Referrals are wonderful until the venue coordinator who loved you moves on. A site that shows up for your area keeps your calendar from depending on a few people remembering your name.

The solution

The system we'd build for you

01

Media up top

A homepage with a short video of you at work, a mix or live clip and a few event photos, loading fast on a phone in a bridal party group chat.

02

Event-type pages

Weddings, corporate and galas, private parties, schools and fundraisers. Each with what you handle, what to expect on the night and the right photos.

03

Date-first enquiry form

Date, venue, city, guest count, event type and start and end times captured first. You know within seconds whether it's even possible.

04

Gear and add-ons explained

Lighting, uplighting, ceremony sound, wireless mics, photo booth or extra performers listed plainly, so the quote conversation starts informed.

05

Venue list

A page of venues you've played or that you service across your region, which helps couples picture you there and helps Google connect you to those searches.

06

Planning resources

Must-play and do-not-play request forms or downloadable sheets, a sample run of show, and what you need from the couple or planner.

Recommended package

Launch

Entertainers book on trust, availability and sound. Launch gives you a full site with media, packages and an enquiry form that captures the date and venue first, which is what a busy weekend calendar needs.

Wherever you are

Just starting, growing or decades in.

Whether you haven't opened yet or you've been at it for decades, here's how we'd help at each stage.

Stage 1

Starting out

Just an idea, or brand new

Playing your first paid gigs or launching a band for hire? Start Your Company gets you a stage name and logo, domain, site, a booking email and social pages, so planners take you seriously from the first enquiry.

Stage 2

Growing

Busy and getting busier

Running more than one rig, or sending out other DJs and MCs under your name? We add event assignment, a shared enquiry inbox and pages that sell the team, not just you.

Stage 3

Established

Years or decades in

After years of weddings and a long list of venue coordinators who know you, your reputation is the asset. We give it a modern home and simple tools, without changing how you run the night.

An example

What it could look like in real life

An illustration of how it could work. The business and details are made up for the example.

Take a wedding and corporate DJ based in Moncton who covers most of southeast New Brunswick. Enquiries arrive with just a date, and his mixes live on three different platforms. We build a site with a short highlight video up top, separate wedding and corporate pages, a gear section covering uplighting and ceremony audio, and an enquiry form that asks for the date, venue and guest count before anything else. He checks his calendar against complete enquiries instead of chasing basic details.

Questions we get

FAQ

Should I put my prices on the site?

Many entertainers show a 'starting from' range or package names so people self-qualify. We'll help you decide what fits your market; you're never forced to post a number.

Can couples send me their song requests through the site?

Yes. We can add a request form or downloadable planning sheet so must-plays and do-not-plays arrive in one place before the big day.

I'm a band, not a DJ. Does this still fit?

Same idea. Live video, set lists, the size of your stage footprint and power needs, plus the date-first form. Magicians, MCs and other performers too.

Can it show when I'm already booked?

We can add a simple 'check my date' step or connect a calendar where your tool allows it, so obvious clashes don't waste anyone's time.
