Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

This policy explains how The Hustle Machine (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it. We follow the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

1. What we collect

When you fill in a form on this website (for example, to book a free call or to send us your calculator results), we collect what you choose to give us:

  • Your name and business name
  • Your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
  • Your industry, the service you're interested in, and your message
  • Any numbers you send from our missed-call calculator
  • The page you submitted the form from

The missed-call calculator itself runs in your browser. The numbers you type into it are not sent to us unless you submit the form.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver and secure the site.

2. How we use it

  • To reply to your request and schedule your call
  • To prepare a proposal or quote you asked for
  • To provide and support any services you buy from us
  • To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

3. Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website (for example, which pages are visited and for how long). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

[Placeholder: Google Analytics is not active on this site yet. Update this section with the measurement ID and date when it is turned on.]

4. Cookies

This website uses cookies that are needed for it to work. If analytics are turned on (see section 3), analytics cookies will also be used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if you do.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our website hosting and email providers, and only as needed for those services. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required by law to keep them longer.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to us using it, subject to legal or contractual limits. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within the time required by law.

9. Contact

Questions or requests about this policy or your personal information: send us a message through the contact form.
