Systems for Hairdressers & Stylists

A site as polished as your work, with booking one tap away.

It's hard to answer messages with colour on your gloves, and new clients often want to see your work, your prices and an easy way to book before they reach out. We build stylists a clean, fast site that shows off your work, makes your services clear and sends people straight into the booking app you already use. Simple to run, easy to love.

Common challenges

What slows down Hairdressers & Stylists

Challenge 1

Your best work lives on Instagram

Your feed is beautiful, but new clients also want prices, location and booking in one place. A simple site gathers all of that so they don't have to piece it together.

Challenge 2

"How much for a full head of highlights?"

It's a fair question, and it usually lands while you're blow-drying someone. A clear service menu with 'starting at' pricing answers it before they need to ask.

Challenge 3

Booking takes a few too many taps

Your booking link is out there, but it can be hard to find. When booking is one tap from anywhere, more of the people who want an appointment actually land one.

Challenge 4

Five-star work, two Google reviews

Clients love you in the chair, then life gets busy on the drive home. A friendly nudge helps your Google profile reflect the reputation you've already earned.

Challenge 5

You moved suites and Google didn't get the memo

Old address on Maps, old hours on Facebook, a phone number from a couple of moves ago. Lining it all up helps new clients find the right door.

The solution

The system we'd build for you

01

A portfolio that shows your range

Your best cuts, colours and transformations in a fast gallery organized by service, so a bride-to-be finds your updos without scrolling past forty fades.

02

A service menu with real pricing

Cuts, colour, extensions, treatments, each with a 'starting at' price and time estimate. Fewer price DMs, fewer surprises at the chair.

03

One-tap booking

Your existing booking app linked or embedded on every page, so booking is one tap from anywhere. No switching systems.

04

New-client page

Consultation notes, patch-test info, cancellation and deposit policy in plain English, written once so you stop retyping it.

05

Google Business Profile, cleaned up

Correct address, hours, photos and booking button, matched to your site so Maps and search tell the same story.

06

Review requests that send themselves

Optional: a short text after each appointment asking happy clients for a Google review, with a direct link so it takes them ten seconds.

Recommended package

Website Only

A solo chair doesn't need a portal or a CRM. It needs a fast, good-looking site that sends people straight into your booking calendar and makes Google trust you.

Wherever you are

Just starting, growing or decades in.

Whether you haven't opened yet or you've been at it for decades, here's how we'd help at each stage.

Stage 1

Starting out

Just an idea, or brand new

Just finished school or going out on your own? Our Start Your Company option sets up the foundation for you: name and logo, domain and email, a simple site, a Google profile and a booking link, ready before your first client sits down.

Stage 2

Growing

Busy and getting busier

Once your book is filling, the site does more of the explaining: clearer service categories, a new-client page and a gentle review request after each visit so your Google profile keeps pace with your reputation.

Stage 3

Established

Years or decades in

If you've had a loyal clientele for twenty years, nothing needs to change about how they book with you. We give newer clients a polished place to find you, keep your existing booking setup, and move at whatever pace feels comfortable.

An example

What it could look like in real life

An illustration of how it could work. The business and details are made up for the example.

Picture an independent stylist renting a suite in Calgary's Beltline. Her work looks great on Instagram, but her evenings go to answering price questions and resending her booking link. We give her a three-page site: portfolio by service, a menu with starting prices and her deposit policy, and a Book Now button on every page that opens her existing booking app. We update her Google profile with the new suite address and turn on review requests, so more of her messages become confirmed appointments.

Questions we get

FAQ

I already have a booking app. Do I have to switch?

No. Keep the booking app your clients already know. We can work alongside tools like Fresha or Vagaro and put your booking front and centre on your site and Google profile.

Should I put my prices online?

We think yes, as 'starting at' prices. It filters out bargain hunters before they take up a consult, and it saves you the endless DMs. You stay in control of final quotes for colour corrections and extensions.

I rent a chair inside someone else's salon. Can I still have my own site?

Absolutely. Your clients follow you, not the building. Your site and Google profile go with you if you ever move, and we update the address in one go.
