Systems for Lash & Brow Artists

Beautiful sets, booked with less back-and-forth.

Your hands are a few millimetres from someone's eyes for two hours at a stretch, so the DMs have to wait. "Do you do wet sets?" "Is a 3-week fill still a fill?" We build lash and brow artists a small, fast site that answers those questions kindly and sends people straight into your booking calendar.

Common challenges

What slows down Lash & Brow Artists

Challenge 1

"Is it still a fill if I'm at three weeks?"

Fill windows, foreign fill fees, how much lash needs to be left. When it lives only in your head, you explain it again and again, and a client can still be surprised when a fill turns into a full set.

Challenge 2

Mapping photos lost in a camera roll

Your cat-eye, doll and open-eye styles are gorgeous, but they're tucked between screenshots and grocery lists, so someone browsing can't tell a hybrid from a volume set or see what you specialize in.

Challenge 3

Patch tests and aftercare, retyped weekly

Every new client needs the same guidance: no mascara on lashes, keep them dry the first day, brush daily, what to do with sensitive skin after lamination. You type it fresh each time.

Challenge 4

No-shows on a two-hour slot

When a full volume set doesn't show, that's the morning gone. A deposit and cancellation policy clients see and agree to before booking makes those mornings rarer and easier to recover from.

The solution

The system we'd build for you

01

Style gallery sorted by set type

Classic, hybrid, volume, wet look, lash lift, brow lamination, tint and henna, each with its own clean photo set so clients pick a look before they book.

02

Fill rules in plain English

A fills page that spells out timing, foreign fill policy and when a fill becomes a full set. Share it once instead of explaining in DMs.

03

Aftercare and prep pages

Before-your-appointment and aftercare pages you can text as links: arrive with clean lashes, what to skip for the first day, how to brush. Written once.

04

Booking embedded everywhere

We link or embed the booking app you already use (we can work alongside tools like Fresha or GlossGenius) so the deposit and policy step happens before the slot is held.

05

Studio directions that don't confuse anyone

Side door or front? Street parking? Buzzer number? A clear directions block and pinned map so first-timers arrive calm and on time.

06

A Google profile that shows up

Your service area, photos and a booking button, matched to the site so search trusts the details.

Recommended package

Website Only

Most lash and brow artists work from one room with a booking app that already does its job. What helps most is a clear site that guides people into that app and shows how clean your work is, not a membership portal.

Starting out

Just an idea, or brand new

Just certified and building a client list? With Start Your Company, we handle your studio name and logo, a domain, a simple site, your Google listing and Instagram, so you open your books looking established from day one.

Stage 2

Growing

Busy and getting busier

Booked out weeks ahead or adding a second artist? We give each person their own services and gallery, and add a waitlist link so cancellations get filled.

Stage 3

Established

Years or decades in

If you've had loyal regulars for years and a booking routine that works, we keep it and simply give your reputation a proper home online, at your pace.

An example

What it could look like in real life

An illustration of how it could work. The business and details are made up for the example.

Picture a lash artist working out of a home studio in Kelowna. Her policies live in notes on her phone, and every new client gets the same aftercare paragraph pasted in. We build her a four-page site: a gallery split into classic, hybrid and volume, a fills page with her timing rules, an aftercare page she can text after each set, and a Book Now button that opens her existing app with the deposit step built in. Her Google profile gets tidied so locals searching nearby can find the place.

Questions we get

FAQ

I work from home. Do I have to put my address online?

No. We can show a neighbourhood or service area publicly and send the exact address with the booking confirmation. Your Google profile can be set up the same way.

Can I take deposits through the site?

Your booking app handles the deposit, and we make sure clients see the policy before they pay. For a one-artist studio, a separate payment system usually isn't needed.

I also do brows and lifts. Separate site?

One site. We give each service its own section and photos so a brow lamination client isn't scrolling past mega volume sets to find what they came for.

Will this help me get more reviews?

It helps. A friendly review request after each appointment, with a direct link, makes it easy for happy clients. Your work does the rest.
