Systems for Nail Technicians
A home for your sets, your menu and your booking link.
It's hard to answer a DM with gel on the brush and a client's hand under the lamp. Plenty of nail techs run everything from Instagram and a booking link, which works until price questions start eating your evenings. We build a small, quick site that shows your work, explains your menu and helps people book the right slot, whether you're new or long established.
Common challenges
What slows down Nail Technicians
"Is this a fill or a new set?"
Fills, rebalances and soak-offs with a new set are easy to mix up, and one wrong booking can shift your whole afternoon. A menu that explains each one, with its time, sorts most of that out.
"Can you do this?" plus a screenshot
Inspo pics with 3D charms, chrome and a full hand of hand-painted art sometimes arrive booked as a basic gel manicure. A clear add-on list for art tiers, length and shape helps clients book the time the set really needs, so nobody's surprised at the table.
A no-show on a day you set aside
When you work for yourself, an empty Saturday chair rarely gets rebooked in time. If your deposit and late policy only lives in an old story highlight, new clients may simply never have seen it.
Home studio, no address online
If you work from a basement studio, you probably don't want your street address online. That can make it tricky for Google, and new clients, to know you're nearby.
The solution
The system we'd build for you
Gallery sorted by style
Gel-X, builder gel, acrylic, chrome, French, nail art and pedis, grouped so someone after short natural overlays finds them quickly.
A menu that ends the fill confusion
Every service with a plain description, how long it takes and a 'starting at' price, plus a short guide for clients coming from another tech.
Nail art tiers explained
Simple, medium and full-set art shown with photos so clients can pick a tier and you can plan the right time in your calendar.
Booking front and centre
Your booking link sits on each page, one tap from anywhere, and you keep the system you have. We can work alongside apps like Fresha or Square, whichever you already use.
Policies people see before they book
Deposit, late arrivals, lifting and repair windows, and soak-off rules on one plain page beside the booking button.
Google profile without your home address
We list you on Google as a service-area business where it fits, so you appear for nails nearby without publishing where you live.
Recommended package
Website Only
A nail tech in a home studio or rented room mostly needs people to see the work, choose the right service and book. A few clear pages and your booking link cover that.

An example
What it could look like in real life
An illustration of how it could work. The business and details are made up for the example.
Say you do nails from a basement studio in Moncton, three evenings a week plus Saturdays. Clients text a Pinterest screenshot and ask what it costs. We put together a short site: a gallery sorted by style, a menu that explains fills versus new sets with art tiers in photos, and your booking app one tap from every page. Your deposit and repair policy sits beside the Book button, and the Google listing shows a service area so the street address stays private.
Questions we get
FAQ
My studio is in my house. Does my address have to be public?
No. A service-area Google listing and a site without your street address keep it private. Clients still receive it in their booking confirmation.
Can clients upload their inspo pic when they book?
Many booking apps have a photo upload or intake question, and we'll set it up if yours does. If not, a simple form on your site sends the photo straight to you.
Will this cut down on the price questions in my DMs?
That's a big part of what the menu is for. Starting prices plus art tiers answer most of them, and you can pin your site link in your bio and share it whenever someone asks.
